Where This Band Fits
Tire tread bands suit vehicle and motorsport promotions: car clubs, motorcycle events, tyre and auto-parts giveaways, and race or dealership handouts. The tread pattern reads clearly at arm's length, so the band carries a brand even when the printed panel faces away.
Construction and Specifications
The band is moulded in silicone with a tire tread surface and a flat rectangular panel on the outer face. Inner diameter 65.2 mm, width 15.8 mm, thickness 5.2 mm, unit weight 10.5 g. The print panel measures 50.5 x 9 mm, with a maximum printable area of 46 x 6 mm.
Printing and Colour
Artwork is printed on the rectangular panel in one colour at a minimum of 100 pieces, or in two or more colours at a minimum of 200 pieces. Band colour is customisable across 12 standard colours, each with a Pantone reference, and can be matched to your colour target.
Ordering and Lead Time
Production takes 7-10 working days for 100-500 pieces and 10-15 working days for 501-2,000 pieces, counted from artwork approval and receipt of payment. Each band can be packed in its own OPP self-seal bag, or bulk packed 20 or 50 pieces per bag. Production time and shipping time are quoted separately.
